Our accommodation is located in an ancient palace in the heart of the historic center of Manfredonia, a vibrant and typical city in Puglia, offering a romantic view of the sea and the marina.
We offer our guests comfortable and refined spaces. Each room exudes a warm atmosphere that combines every modern comfort with the elegance of a charming and finely furnished palace.
You can enjoy the sea view comfortably seated on our comfortable sofas, in front of the suggestive white stone fireplace, or outdoors, on the spacious balcony or in the garden.
Every day, you can indulge in a delicious Italian-style breakfast, consisting of freshly brewed coffee or cappuccino, yogurt, fresh fruit, and delightful baked pastries. The breakfast will be served buffet-style in the designated room, which provides a splendid view of the sea.

Please contact us at least one day before your arrival to arrange the check-in time, as check-in is available by appointment only (from 4:30 pm to 8:00 pm). Outside of these hours, we will do our best to accommodate you according to the needs of our property. Our policy always allows for free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. In case of cancellation between the 14th day and the day before arrival, 50% of the cost of the stay will be charged as a penalty, which will become 100% after the day before arrival.
We are located a short distance from the city's main attractions, including the beach, the Castle, and a wide choice of typical restaurants. You will be able to discover the beauties of Gargano in a relaxing environment. Our location offers a splendid view of the promenade and Corso Manfredi, the main shopping street. Here, you can stroll or enjoy a cocktail until late at night in complete tranquility, as Manfredonia is a small and safe city.
Our street is located in a Restricted Traffic Zone, so we recommend parking near the promenade or in the vicinity of Largo Diomede. If you need a private parking space, we can provide you with one not far from us. Please contact them directly for further information and availability.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate animals in our facility, and we inform you that access to the rooms will require climbing some stairs.
